Menachem Wakslak, MD is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist who has practiced in the San Fernando Valley since 2012. He completed medical school at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, cardiovascular disease training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, and his cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

He performs the full scope of heart rhythm procedures — AFib ablation using both radiofrequency and pulsed field ablation, SVT and flutter ablation, pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders. He works with the current toolkit of cutting-edge EP techniques, including pulsed field ablation and, fluoroless catheter ablation that reduces radiation exposure during the procedure. He founded Valley Heart & Rhythm to do this work the way he believes it should be done: with the honesty to talk through real choices, the judgment to know when a procedure is the right answer and when it isn’t, and the willingness to be someone’s thinking partner rather than someone’s salesperson.
